How quickly will we hear back?
We reply the same day, and send your proposal within 48 hours of the first call.
How far ahead should we book?
Proposals and private parties: 2 to 4 weeks. Galas and launches: 1 to 3 months. Weddings: 6 to 12 months, longer for destination weddings. Shorter timelines are often possible, so ask.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit confirms your date and reserves suppliers. The balance is due 14 days before the event. Some third-party bookings, such as yachts and venues, may need full payment when booked. We accept bank transfer and card.
What is your cancellation policy?
60 days or more before the event: the deposit is refunded, minus any supplier costs already committed. 30 to 59 days: half of the deposit is kept. Under 30 days: the deposit is non-refundable.
You can move your date once at no charge, if the new date is within 12 months and available.
Can you work to a fixed budget?
Yes. Tell us the budget and we design to it, showing where the money goes in an itemised proposal.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We arrange event and entertainment permits, venue approvals and Civil Defence sign-off as part of production.
Can we use our own suppliers?
Yes. We coordinate your photographer, caterer or designer alongside our own team.
What happens if the weather turns?
Every outdoor event has a backup plan: an indoor alternative, a marquee or a new date. Yacht events follow the captain's safety call, with a reschedule if needed.
Do you plan outside Dubai?
Yes. We plan across the UAE, including Abu Dhabi, and we organise destination weddings abroad.
